DENTAL APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
Thank you for trusting your dental care to Keith + Associates Dentistry. When you schedule an appointment with Keith + Associates Dentistry we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. Please see our Appointment Cancellation/No Show Policy below:
- Effective November 1st, 2017 any new or established patient who cancels or no shows an appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 24 hours notice with be charged a $25.00 fee. This fee will have to be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.
- Any new patient who fails to show for their initial visit will not be rescheduled.
- We offer several procedures which require longer appointment times (i.e. same day crowns). Should you have a history of appointments missed or canceled within less than 24 hours you will be required to pay your co-pay/patient portion before these appointments can be scheduled.
- As a courtesy, when time allows, we make reminder calls for appointments. We also have a text and email system that will send you alerts. If you do not receive a reminder call or message, the above Policy will remain in effect. If you do not receive text or email alerts please let us know and we will reset your account in our reminder system.
We understand that there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances please contact our Front Desk, who may be able to waive the $25.00 fee. Should it be outside of regular business hours, you may leave a message and it will be checked on the next business day.
